The Haigler and Wallace Online Store offers the following Returns Policy: 

 

Returns accepted upon approval on non personalized items only.

 

We usually do not accept returns on personalized items that can not be resold. We do exchanges on products that can not be returned because of personalization. Contact us via email at contact@haiglerandwallace.com to set up arrangements if you need to exchange an item. 

 

All of our items are handmade to your order, and there are a lot of options for the personalization of personalized items. Although it does not happen offten, sometimes we can make a mistake when personalizing your order. If you receive your item and you have noticed an error, like a misspelled pet name, or the phone number is incorrect, you should contact us right away at contact@haiglerandwallace.com. We will send you a replacement item and you can discard the item that you received that was not correct. You will not have to send us the item back or pay anything additional for the replacement. 

If there are any problems with an order, or a product you have purchased, contact us at contact@haiglerandwallace.com.We are usually respond to email messages within 48 hours, and we will help resolve any problems and issues to the customers satisfaction.
